Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BDO Stoy Hayward, Park House, 102-108 Above Bar, Southampton SO14 7NH, on 26th March 1999, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him.
