Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Shelley Simmons Pinnick & Co., 66-68 Margaret Street, London W1N 8PX, on 24th March 1999, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of having laid before them, an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a Proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a member of the Company.
