NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that R. G. Williams, of Tredustan Hall, Talgarth, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from a borehole at National Grid Reference SO 1385 3240 at Tredustan Hall, Talgarth, Brecon, Powys. The proposal is to abstract water the following rates: 0.16 cubic metres per hour, 5 cubic metres per day, 1,825 cubic metres per year, between 1st January and 31st December each year. The water will be used for livestock water supply. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Tredustan Hall, between 20th February 1999 and 31st March 1999. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Wales, Abacus House, St Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
