Meetings of Creditors

FINRAD LIMITEDSTANDMILL LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 48 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at Fanshawe Lofts, 41 Castle Way, Southampton SO14 2BW, on 23rd February 1999, at 10 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 48 and 49 of the said Act. Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting. Creditors may only vote at the Meeting if a written statement of claim has been lodged with me not later than 12 noon on 22nd February 1999, and has been admitted in accordance with the Insolvency Rules 1986.
