Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of Members and of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Caulfield Cavells, Barley House, Oakfield Grove, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2BN, on 25th February 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The following Resolution will be put to the Meeting: The release of Valerie Laura Neave as Liquidator be approved. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Caulfield Cavells, Barley House, Oakfield Grove, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2BN, by not later than 12 noon on 24th February 1999. V. L.
