THE HAVERING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (NO.   ) (AMENDMENT NO.   ) ORDER 199  

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Havering, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 of and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991.
The general effect of the Order would be to further amend the Havering (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (No. 1) Order 1994 so that waiting by vehicles would be prohibited between 8 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. throughout the week on the lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this notice.
Details of exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order of 1994.
A copy of the proposed Order, of the Order being amended, the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and a plan showing the location and effect of the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until 19th February 1999, at the Directorate of Environment and Planning Reception, 7th Floor, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford.
Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection or representations and the grounds thereof to the Head of Transportation and Engineering, London Borough of Havering, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford, Essex RM1 3SL, by 19th February 1999.

Castle Avenue, Rainham, both sides, between its junction with Rainham Road and a point 10 metres north-west of that junction.
Rainham Road, Rainham, the north-west side, between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 315 and 317 Rainham Road and a point 20 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Ford Lane.
