Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 8 Manchester Road, Bury, Lancashire BL9 0ED, on 26th February 1999, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the report of the Liquidator of the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Proxy forms, if applicable, must be lodged with the Liquidator at The Old Rectory, Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DE, not later than 12 noon on 25th Februay 1999. M.
