THE ORIGINAL BICYCLE HIRE COMPANY LIMITED Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the Forte Posthouse, Bloomsbury, Coram Street, London WC1N 1HT, on 2nd February 1999, at 12.30 p.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at Clarke Bell, Regency Court, 62-66 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2EN, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on 29th January 1999 and 1st February 1999. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at Clarke Bell, Regency Court, 62-66 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2EN, no later than 12 noon on 1st February 1999. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a Creditor will not be entitled to vote unless his proof has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. Whilst proofs may be lodged at any time before voting commences, Creditors intending to vote at the Meeting are requested to send them with their proxies.
