I hereby give notice that Malcolm Cohen, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London W1M 1DA, was appointed Liquidator of the above-named Company on 11th December 1998 by Order of the High Court. The Court accepted the resignation of George Albert Auger as a Liquidator of the Company and granted him his release. M. Cohen, Liquidator 21st January 1999.
