Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet KT14 6SD, on 26th February 1999, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, records, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. Any Member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not be a Member. L. Gibson, Liquidator 22nd January 1999.
