Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at BDO Stoy Hayward, Beneficial Buildings, Paradise Circus, Birmingham B1 2BJ, on Tuesday, 16th February 1999, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of his administration of the Liquidation and all other matters to be determined under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
