NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER S.656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of The Houseowners’ Option Contract & Part Exchange Property Co. Ltd (formerly H. L. Cooke (Builders) Ltd.) (No. 658031) (hereinafter called the Company”) vested pursuant to section 354 of the Companies Act 1948, when the Company was dissolved on 29th January 1984, pursuant to section 290 of the Companies Act 1948, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in Taormina and land adjoining Traps Lane, Coombe, Surrey, as the same is registered at Telford District Land Registry with Title Absolute under Title Number SY273194, the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 20th May 1998.
