Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, 2-3 Pavilion Buildings, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1EE, on Monday, 1st March 1999, at 11.30 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
