Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above Company will be held at Cecil House, 52 St. Andrew Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG14 1JA, on Thursday, 18th March 1999, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to Cecil House, 52 St. Andrew Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG14 1JA, by not later than 12 noon on 17th March 1999. R. W. Long, Liquidator 22nd January 1999.
