NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Inbro Limited (No. 3076064) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company way dissolved on 2nd December 1997, pursuant to section 652(5) of the Companies Act 1985, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the properties known as Bunters Bistro, at 3, 5 and 7 Upton Road, Birkenhead, Wirral L41 0DE, as the same are registered at the Birkenhead District Land Registry with Titles Absolute under Title Numbers MS126107, MS43209 and MS17681 the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 19th February 1998.
