In the Luton County Court.  No. 1 of 1999 In the Matter of AUTO KEYS (SAFEGUARD) LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 48 Mount Pleasant Road, Luton, Bedfordshire LU3 2RR, presented on 7th January 1999 by Armaplate UK Limited, of Central Workshops, off Longworth Road, Horwich, Bolton BL6 7DB, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Luton County Court, 2nd Floor, Cresta House, Alma Street, Luton, on Tuesday, 9th February 1999, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 8th February 1999.
