You will recall that a Meeting of Creditors was summoned for 18th June 1998 and that the Meeting was attended by the former Director and his Solicitors. Notification was forwarded to you on 24th June confirming this and advising that the Meeting was postposed for 3 months. Since that time, I have tried to contact both the Director and his Solicitors and have received no response. I have therefore written to the Solicitors advising that it is my intention to convene a further Final Meeting and I shall not consider any further representations with regard to the appointment of a new Liquidator. A further Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has therefore been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of receiving an account of the conduct of the winding-up, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at Kidsons Impey, Elgar House, Holmer Road, Hereford HR4 9SF, on 26th February 1999, at 10 a.m. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her.
