In the Cambridge County Court.  No. 154 of 1998 In the Matter of CAMBRIDGE TANDOORI RESTAURANT (a firm) (hereinafter referred to as “the Partnership”) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Cambridge Tandoori Restaurant (firm), Indian Restaurant and Takeaway, of 12 b Victoria Avenue, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire CB4 1EG, presented on 25th September 1998 by the Commissioners of HM Customs and Excise, Northgate House, St. Peters Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 1HT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at Cambridge County Court, 72-80 Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 1LA, on 12th February 1999, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 11th February 1999.
