Notice is given that the Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Quay, 30 Channel Way, Ocean Village, Southampton SO14 3QC, on 26th February 1999 at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.30 a.m. by a General Meeting of the Shareholders. The purpose of the Meetings, which are called under the provisions of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, is to receive a statement showing the outcome of the liquidation and an explanation of it. The Liquidator gives notice, as required by Rules R4.186 and 11.7 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that there will be no further dividend paid to the Creditors of the Company and that the funds realised have been used to defray the expenses of the liquidation or have already been distributed to Creditors. A Creditor who has not yet submitted a claim and who wishes to vote at the Meeting whether in person, by proxy, or in some other way, must do so before the Meeting. D. J. Blenkarn, Liquidator
