Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Mercer & Hole, 72 London Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1NS, on 26th February 1999, between 10 a.m. and 10.50 a.m., for the purposes of having accounts laid before them, and to receive the Liquidator’s reports, showing how the winding-up of the Companies has been conducted, and their property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
