In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 007431 of 1998 In the Matter of PARIS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Ground Floor, Cara House, 339 Seven Sisters Road, London N.15, presented on 30th December 1998 by HM Customs and Excise, Thomas Paine House, Angel Square, Torrens Street, London EC1V 1TA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 3rd February 1999, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
