Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of B. N. Jackson Norton, 1 & 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5BZ, on Tuesday, 23rd February 1999 at 11 a.m. to be followed at 11.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of; and hearing any explanation of it that may be given by the Liquidator and considering whether to grant the Liquidator his release.A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
