NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that W. R. B. Foster and Partners, of the Estate Office, Lexham Hall, near Litcham, King’s Lynn, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 6/33/58/S/235, which authorises the abstraction of water from reservoir at West Lexham and River Nar at National Grid References TF 8485 1700 and between TF 838 169 and TF 841 170, and between TF 843 169 and TF 849 169 at West Lexham, King’s Lynn. The variation being applied for is delete land not owned by applicant. A copy of the application and any may, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the Estate Office, Lexham Hall, near Litcham, King’s Lynn, between 25th January 1999 and 23rd February 1999. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon PE18 8NE, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
