NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that W. R. B. Foster and Partners of The Estate Office, Lexham Hall, near
Litcham, King’s Lynn, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial
number 6/33/58/G/232 which authorises the abstraction of water from underground strata
(chalk) at Lexham, Norfolk at National Grid Reference TF 8445 1718 and TF 8457 1816
at The Manor House and Crow Hall, West Lexham, King’s Lynn. The variation being applied
for is delete reference to borehole at National Grid Reference TF 8457 1816, to include
borehole at National Grid Reference 8460 1822, to include private water as a purpose
and to add land.
A copy of the application and any map, plan and other documents submitted with it
may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at The Estate Office, Lexham
Hall, near Litcham, King’s Lynn, between 25th January 1999 and 23rd February 1999.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so
in writing to the Environment Agency, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon PE18 8NE,
before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
