Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Robson Rhodes, Colwyn Chambers, 19 York Street, Manchester M2 3BA, on Monday, 22nd February 1999, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary or the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be lodged at the offices of Robson Rhodes, Colwyn Chambers, 19 York Street, Manchester M2 3BA, not later than 12 noon on Friday, 19th February 1999. G. C.
