At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at St. Hugh’s College, Oxford OX2 6LE, at 11.25 a.m., the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Peter Leonard Thurston, of Queen Anne House, 69-71 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JP, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” C.
