In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court  No. 000010 of 1999 In the Matter of TALKING SENSE COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Barbican House, 26-34 Old Street, London EC1V 9HL, presented on 4th January 1999 by Mustafa Ahmed Ali Hamed, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 17th February 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
