THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING) (NO. ) TRAFFIC ORDER 199
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). The general effect of the Order will be to impose waiting and loading restrictions in Avenue Mews N.10. The above-mentioned requirements would not apply to anything done: (a) with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform; (b) in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the highway by or on behalf of the Metropolitan Police. A copy of the proposed Order and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected between 9 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at: (i) Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road N22 7TR; (ii) Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, Hornsey N.8. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Legal Service, telephone number 0181-862 3849. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of his or her objection and the grounds of objections to the Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, London N22 7TR, quoting Ref.
