In the Stockport County Court.  No. 9 of 1998 In the Matter of UNIVERSAL BEER SERVICES (hereinafter referred to as “The Partnership”) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership of Unit 2 & 3 Vernon Mill, Mersey Street, Stockport SK1 2HX, presented on 30th October 1998 by John David Travers, of All Saints Building, Corporation Street, Rotherham S60 1NX, claiming to be the Supervisor of the Partnership Voluntary Arrangement, will be heard at Stockport County Court, on Friday, 12th February 1999, at 2 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
