No. 007216 of 1998 In the Matter of CLASSIC FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS NETWORK LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 9 Bank Plain, Norwich, Norfolk NR2 4SL, presented on 16th December 1998 by Melvyn Samuel Langley, of Langley & Partners, Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EX, as Supervisor of the Company’s voluntary arrangement, on behalf of the Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 3rd February 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
