In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 7266 of 1998 In the Matter of RALPH ANDREW THOMPSON and KAREN THOMPSON and in the Matter of the Insolvency Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Ralph Andrew Thompson and Karen Thompson, a Partnership, whose principal place of business is 9 Haven Court, Rosemount, Durham DH1 5GT, presented on 18th December 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Washington VAT Office, Coniston House, Town Centre, Washington, Tyne and Wear NE38 7RN, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 3rd February 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 2nd February 1999.
