Pursuant to rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the Liquidator intends to make a distribution to Creditors of the above-named Company and that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 19th February 1999, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, Joseph P. McLean of Grant Thornton, Higham House, Higham Place, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8EE, the Liquidator of the Company. This notice refers to Company number 1258642 which is solvent.
