At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 93 Queen Street, Sheffield SW 1WF, on 12th January 1999, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That John Russell, of 93 Queen Street, Sheffield S1 1WF, an Insolvency Practitioner duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” By Order of the Board.
