Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Coral House, 42 Charles Street, Manchester M1 7DB, on Wednesday, 24th February 1999, at 11.30 a.m. and 12 noon respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged at 42 Charles Street, Manchester M1 7DB, not later than 4 p.m. of the business day before the Meeting. Liquidator 7th January 1999.
