Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Members and Creditors of Nuface Limited will be held at Smith & Williamson, No. 1 Riding House Street, London W1A 3AS, on 12th February 1999, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive a report of the Joint Liquidators showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. Proxies to be used at the Meetings may be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at the above address no later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting. I. J.
