Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Members and Creditors of Face Limited will be held at Smith & Williamson, No. 1 Riding House Street, London W1A 3AS, on 12th February 1999, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company.
