Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at KPMG, 1 Waterloo Way, Leicester, on 19th February 1999, at 3 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding-up and determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
