BYDOVE LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Palms Motel, Southend Arterial Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 3UJ, on 10th February 1999, at 11 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 100 and 101 of the said Act, that is the nomination of a Liquidator and the appointment of a Liquidation Committee. Proxy forms to be used for the purposes of the above Meeting must be lodged, accompanied by statements of claim, at the registered office of the Company situated at The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, not later than 12 noon on 9th February 1999. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to section 92(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Mark Robert Fry, of Begbies Traynor, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the above Company, and will furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require. Resolutions to be taken at the aforementioned Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated.
