DESIGNATION OF PARKING PLACES, DOCTORS BAY—WHEATLANDS ROAD S.W.17

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth propose to make the following Order under sections 6, 45, 46 and 49 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. The Wandsworth (Doctor Parking Place) (No. ) Order 199 . 2. The general effect of the Order would be to designate a doctor parking place for the leaving of vehicles displaying a valid permit in Wheatlands Road, London S.W.17. 3. The doctor parking place referred to in paragraph 2 above would operate between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. throughout the week. Permits would be issued by the Council on application being made by certain legally qualified medical practitioners. The charge for an annual permit would be £103. 4. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Order, including a plan showing the location of the parking place, are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, at the Information Point, The Concourse, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order. 5. Further information may be obtained from the Administration Department (telephone 0181-871 7520). 6. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Chief Executive and Director of Administration, Room 153, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU (quoting Ref.
