FEARN (t/a Swift Environmental Services) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Mr. L. Kerr and Mr. M. Fearn, trading as Swift Environmental Services, a Partnership, registered office Fields Farm Road, Long Eaton, Nottingham NG10 3FZ, presented on 4th December 1998 by the Handi Hire Group plc, Fields Farm Road, Long Eaton, Nottingham NG10 3FZ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at Derby County Court, Morledge, Derby DE1 2XE, on Wednesday, 29th January 1999, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994, by 1600 hours on 20th January 1999.
