Appointment of Administrators

Notice is hereby given that Michael Vincent McLoughlin and Myles Antony Halley, of KPMG, 1 Waterloo Way, Leicester LE1 6LP, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above Company on 10th December 1998 by an Order of the Court. It is not proposed that a Meeting of Creditors is summoned at this stage but I must draw the Creditors’ attention to the provisions of section 141 sub-section (2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 whereby a Meeting of the Creditors for that purpose shall be summoned if requested by the tenth, in value, of the Creditors. The Administration Committee will continue to serve as a Liquidation Committee. There is no prospect of a Dividend to unsecured Creditors and accordingly Creditors are not required to prove their debts. M. V. McLoughlin, Joint Liquidator
