Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4A 4TR, on 8th February 1999, at 10 a.m., to consider and if thought fit to pass the following Resolutions as an Ordinary Resolution and as a Extraordinary Resolution respectively, that the Liquidator’s statement of account for the period of the Liquidation be approved and that the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator be disposed of as the Liquidator sees fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.
