At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Companies held at 6th Floor, Lloyds Chambers, 1 Portsoken Street, London E1 8RU, the following subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: That the Company be wound up as a Members’ voluntarily liquidation and that Colin Graham Bird and Nigel Steven Hill, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, are hereby appointed as its Liquidators and the powers of the Liquidators may be exercised by either independently of the other.” D.
