In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Leeds District Registry.  No. 3333 of 1998 In the Matter of AMBER GUARDING SERVICES LTD and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Premier House, 15 Wheeler Gate, Nottingham NG1 2NA, presented on 29th October 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, Chesterfield VAT Office, Dents Chambers, New Square, Chesterfield, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds 1, on 26th January 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
