Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at Saud & Company, 105-111 Euston Street, London NW1 2EW, on 8th February 1999, at (A) 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m., (B) 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Companies have been conducted, and the property of the Companies disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and records of the Companies and Liquidation shall be disposed of.
