Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 14th December 1998, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 16th December 1998, JENNIFER ELIZABETH DAVIS, of 16 Cyprus Street, Bethnal Green, London E2 0NN, a Commonwealth Citizen by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Edwards and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Davis. 16th December 1998.
