THE REDBRIDGE (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO.  ) ORDER 1998

WELLINGTON ROAD AND WELLESLEY ROAD

Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Redbridge after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). The general effect of the Order will be to further amend the Redbridge (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1993 by amending the waiting restrictions in Wellington Road and its junction with Wellesley Road to prohibit parking at the junction at any time. A copy of the Order, of the above-mentioned Order of 1993 (and of the Orders that have amended that Order), a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order may be inspected between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m., Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Town Hall, High Road, Ilford, Essex until 29th January 1999. Any person wishing to object or make representations on the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection or representation and the grounds thereof to the Chief Legal Officer, Town Hall, High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1DD, quoting Ref.
