No. 006966 of 1998 In the Matter of ABACUS MAINTENANCE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 58 Reynards Close, Winnersh, Wokingham, Berkshire RG41 5NU, presented on 3rd December 1998 by Graham Group PLC, of 96 Leeds Road, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 20th January 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 19th January 1999.
