REVISED LAYOUT OF ON-STREET PARKING PLACES
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
on 8th January 1999 made the above Orders, the general effect of which is as follows:
introduce “At Any Time Waiting restrictions” in various lengths of Aubrey Walk and Phillimore Walk;
convert a visitor parking bay in Abingdon Villas to motorcycle parking;
convert a visitor parking bay in Addison Avenue to motorcycle parking;
extend a motorcycle parking bay in Halsey Street by converting single yellow line;
convert 1 parking meter in Anderson Street and 2 parking meters each in Bray Place and Culford Gardens to residents parking spaces;
introduce an additional residents parking space in Napier Place by converting existing single yellow line;
convert 2 visitor parking bays in Wedlake Street to Orange Badge Disabled Bays, and 4 visitor parking bays to residents parking spaces.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation for the purposes of placing traffic
signs on 11th January 1999 and for all other purposes on 1st February 1999 and all
other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to
Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Orders were made in:

7NX, telephone 0171-361 3487.
Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained
therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic
Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant
regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may,
within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose
to the High Court.
