Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that BT Investment Partners, Inc., a Delaware corporation, has assigned 85.84% of its limited partnership share in Apollo (UK) Partners III, L.P. (formerly known as Apollo Overseas Partners III, L.P.) (Apollo) (a firm carrying on business as an investment partnership at PO Box 694, CIBC Financial Centre, Georgetown, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, British West Indies) to Pomona Capital IV, L.P. and 14.16% of its limited partnership share in Apollo to The Pomona Capital IV Fund.
